Oneway Automotive is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Quality Control / Shop Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our repairs meet our quality standards, our customers receive exceptional service, and our facility remains clean and professional.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control inspections on vehicles after technicians complete repairs.
• Verify repairs have been completed correctly and ensure all customer concerns have been addressed.
• Conduct test drives when necessary to confirm repair quality.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to management and technicians before vehicle delivery.
• After vehicle repair conduct a mini clean on customer vehicle
• Provide customer shuttle service, transporting customers to and from work, home, or other local destinations.
• Assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the shop and property.
• Keep parking areas, customer areas, and shop grounds clean and presentable.
• Assist with moving vehicles and general shop support as needed.
• Help ensure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
• Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.
