Oneway Automotive is seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Quality Control / Shop Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our repairs meet our quality standards, our customers receive exceptional service, and our facility remains clean and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control inspections on vehicles after technicians complete repairs.
- Verify repairs have been completed correctly and ensure all customer concerns have been addressed.
- Conduct test drives when necessary to confirm repair quality.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to management and technicians before vehicle delivery.
- After vehicle repair conduct a mini clean on customer vehicle
- Provide customer shuttle service, transporting customers to and from work, home, or other local destinations.
- Assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the shop and property.
- Keep parking areas, customer areas, and shop grounds clean and presentable.
- Assist with moving vehicles and general shop support as needed.
- Help ensure every customer has a positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
- Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required.
