Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively multitask by managing technicians, service advisors, customers, scheduling, and workflow simultaneously.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, gross profit, average repair order (ARO), labor hours, and close ratio.
- Drive revenue by encouraging proper vehicle inspections, maintenance recommendations, and exceptional customer communication.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting the company's reputation.
- Ensure all employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational processes.
